Payment of Referees

Referees are paid according to their level on an increasing scale, so that the more games they officiate, the more they get paid.  Payment details are as follows:

Ref. level    1-7 games     8-15 games     15+ games
   0              $10                     $11            $13
   1              $11                     $12            $14
   2              $12                     $13            $15
   3              $15                     $16            $18
